COVID-19 UPDATE
MUSCLE PRODUCTS REMAINS OPERATIONAL
Dear valued customer,
Governor Tom Wolf ordered all non-life-sustaining businesses in Pennsylvania to close their physical locations as of 8 p.m., March 19, to slow the spread of COVID-19. Manufacturers of chemical products and preparations are considered life-sustaining businesses at this time. Additionally, we provide problem-solving lubricants and additives to key sectors, such as transportation, automotive and food/beverage. We will continue to operate according to this Pennsylvania mandate and the guidelines and recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
The health of our employees, their families, our customers and our community remain our top priority. We have implemented social distancing and safety policies, which include:
Limited number of employees onsite at any given time.
Employees will work remotely where possible.
Outside visitors are restricted.
Business travel is restricted – unless explicitly invited into a customer’s premises to problem solve or treat essential equipment (respecting the customer’s health and safety policies in addition to our own).
Emphasizing good hygiene and disinfection of work stations as much as possible.
Actively encouraging employees that feel sick, or are caring for sick children, to stay home until their symptoms subside.
Requesting employees stay home if a member of their household tests positive for the virus.
Please know that while we remain open for business, we are taking this threat very seriously. We will continue to closely monitor this rapidly changing situation and update you as quickly as possible.
Also know that we are very grateful for you, our customer. We have received no reports of major disruptions in our supply chain at this time, but may experience some longer lead times on certain materials. We will do our best to ship your orders on time.
Together we will come through this challenge. Continue moving forward. See the obstacles for what they are...opportunities to help one another. Life becomes what we focus on, so focus on all that is good. After this is over, what really will have mattered is how we treated one another.
Please keep safe. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
