Michael Fertig
Technical Support | Outside Sales
Michael joined our team in August 2019 as Technical Support and Sales. He has a 34-year background in industrial maintenance with experience in injection molding, blow molding, journeyman millwright, and preventive maintenance. This gives him the expertise needed to assist our customers with their lubrication challenges.
Michael enjoys working with customers to find solutions for any mechanical or lubrication challenges they may be experiencing. Read more…

Ed has been with Muscle Products Corp. since 1997 as part of our Technical Support and Sales team.
Ed enjoys making sales calls, addressing lubrication inquiries, and delivering products to our customers. Through the years, he has witnessed the expansion of the company’s customer base, the introduction of new products, and the growth to a larger facility - while retaining our dedicated team. Customer Service & Support | Social Media Coordinator
Dotty joined our team in June of 2019 as a customer service representative. Her job description recently grew to include Social Media Coordinator, which she enjoys posting photos and videos to our social media channels.

Amy Knauer
Director of Quality Management | Customer Support
Amy became a member of our team in July 1986 as an administrative assistant. Her position eventually evolved into customer service and other behind-the-scenes activities.
When we pursued ISO 9001 registration in the late 1990’s, Amy took on the role of implementing and managing our Quality Management System, which she continues today. Read more…
